What is Lincolnshire Recognition?

Lincolnshire is indebted to you for your commitment, endurance, and skill during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Lincolnshire Recognition is our way of saying a heartfelt ‘thank you’ for your service by offering you the chance to plant a commemorative tree and tell your COVID-19 pandemic story.

How do I take part?

There are two ways for NHS staff to take part in the Lincolnshire Recognition tree-planting programme and this website will guide you through each. Follow the steps on this website to:

  • Register to receive a sapling to plant yourself in a place that is special to you.
  • Sign up to be a part of the honorary NHS Woodland Lincolnshire programme, which honours the county’s NHS staff.
  • Do both!
  • Share your COVID-19 pandemic stories, comments, and memories.
